    Vegetable Casserole

    Ingredients

    Broccoli

    Green cabbage

    Chickpeas

    Garlic

    Mixed nuts and seeds

    Cashew sauce*


    Instructions

    1) Soak chickpeas overnight, then cook.

    2) In a baking dish, layer vegetables, garlic, chickpeas, and nuts and seeds.

    3) Cover with sauce.

    4) Bake at 220°C for 20 minutes


    Sauce*

    Cashew

    Garlic Salt

    Onion powder

    Nutritional yeast

    Olive oil

    Lemon juice

    Water


    Instructions

    1) Blend ingredients together on high until the mixture is smooth.
